1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using InvoRoute's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
InvoRoute provides a REST API for sending PEPPOL-compliant e-invoices. Our service handles UBL conversion, PEPPOL network routing, and regulatory compliance across 32+ countries.
3. Early Access Program
By joining our early access program, you acknowledge that:
- The service is in development and may contain bugs or limitations
- Features may change without prior notice
- Sandbox access is provided for testing purposes only
- Production access will be granted based on availability and qualification
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- Send invoices containing false or fraudulent information
6. Intellectual Property
The InvoRoute name, logo, website design, and API are the intellectual property of InvoRoute. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
7. API Usage and Billing
Our pricing is based on the number of invoices sent through our API:
- Free Tier: Sandbox access with test invoices
- Production: Pay-per-invoice pricing (see Pricing page)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for high-volume users
Billing is calculated monthly based on actual usage. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
8. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our production API. However, during the early access period, no SLA guarantees are provided. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLA terms.
9. Data Processing
By using our service, you authorize us to process invoice data on your behalf for the purpose of PEPPOL network transmission. We act as a data processor under GDPR and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
